I feel a little better today except for the fact that I cannot hear out of my left ear. It is plugged up so bad everything sounds awful.

Today is a slow day and everyone seems tired at work. No one is here and the stories are non-existant. The only new news I heard today was that Cluelesses wife called him and told him she broke up with her boyfriend today. Who knows why she felt the urge to tell him that, but she did. He asked me if he should go back to her if she asks, and I told him that if I were in that situation, I would because I believe love is the strongest thing. I also said that it doesn't mean that's the right decision, I'm just that stupid to go back after everything they've done.

Well, I stuck it out all day. I only have 40 minutes to go and the last hour is always the fastest. I was not feeling good at all and the RATH OF TRULY came down on our office. I could've killed someone. Why is it, whenever you feel bad people feel the urge to pick on you and push your buttons. I finally pushed back. So, screw you....I bet you won't do that anymore.

Maybe tomorrow will be better. Only time will tell.

Sorry, I've been gone for awhile. Today is Tuesday, and I got to work late (around 10:30). I've been sick since Friday night. I can't breath through my nose at all.
You've GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!

I should've stayed home today and resting to make sure I was okay, but NOOOO. I thought it would be better to come back and get some work done. Working on this blog, that is. Hehe. My boyfriend has yelled at me twice this morning for going in to work, everyone at work is staring at me because I have a menthol nose strip on to make my breathing better (which makes it look like either... 1. I got into a fight, or 2. I got a nose job). Anyway, this day completely sucks and I just want to go home.

Enough about my miseries....lets talk about someone elses. Since I'm probably going to be rambling on and on about the people at work, I guess I should do a roll call for you so you understand who and what I am talking about. We have about 15 people who work here, and here goes nothing.

owner - we'll call him THE BOSS.
Has a good amount of money, loves to make money, and loves to have people work hard for him so he can keep making money. Big surprise...does not like to waste money. He has two daughters that are very beautiful and a wife on anti-depressants.
(which is not a bad thing, having been on them myself). They help a lot.

partner of the owner - A.K.A. the storyteller.
Has a wife, and two kids. Son is extremely smart and loves bugs. Daughter is very dainty and is very pretty. The storyteller loves to tell people stories. BIG SHOCKER! He has had numerous jobs, and remembers all the gorry details of every job he has had. He used to work for a coroners office and he drove the van that picked up dead bodies. Those are usually his best tales. He has a bit of a temper and if you do anything stupid, he will probably go off the deap end and take you down with him.

office mgr - A.K.A. The mouth
She is my boss. She loves to talk, and loves to be in control. She likes to say that she is a multi-tasker. She's vice-president of the company, the office manager, and the therapist. Hehe. She has two kids, a son and a daughter, and a husband (quiet one) who just lost his first kidney transplant and is on the list for another one. Her and her kids have weight problems, which they are trying to fix with diets, and her kids are a little rambunctious. She loves to lie to people and see how long it takes people to realize she was only joking. She had everyone in our shop coming up to me and telling me congratulations on being pregnant about a year ago when I wasn't. They guys kept thinking I was pregnant for two weeks.

me (recetionist) - the bitch
I am not married, no kids (yet, pregnant right now) and I am usually in a cranky mood. I get irritated really easily and I always speak my mind. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the type of bitch that everybody hates, just the kind that you need to be careful of, in case I'm not in a good mood don't push me. The guys get along with me great because I go easy on them and I try to help them out as much as I can. I am also a great listener and am very liberal. I never tell people what to do, just my opinion, and I try to give them options.

dispatcher (jose) - A.K.A. military man
I've already told you a little about him. He's married and has two little ones at home. His family is constantly sick and have medical conditions. His one year old son just had ear surgery due to constant ear infections and his two year old daughter had surgery last year on a growth in her belly from when she was born. He and his wife fight a lot and he always thinks his way is the only way, and he is very stubborn. He also thinks everyone other than him is stupid.

Well, here are the guys in the field. We do service work and don't get to see them too much, but I still hear their stories.

main tech - A.K.A. know-it-all
He is married, and old. His kids are grown and moved out. This man soaks up any kind of information he can get his hands on. This is why he supervises all the techs we have out there. Also loves food, his belly is so big he looks like he's 9 months pregnant. He talks constantly and loves to bitch about everything under the sun. He's almost always complaining about some kind of illness or pain (which is common among older people) and he loves to help me. He treats me like I was his daughter and we get along great. Probably because he bitches, and I'm a bitch. HEHE

Now, I will just give you a list of the other techs names since they are all in the same position.

Church man - A.K.A. Manual on the other post

Money Maker
He loves to work and make money, which in turn makes The boss money, which the boss loves. The two of them get along great. They both live in very close neighborhoods which is the nice area. He has two kids from a previous marriage and a new wife with no new kids. They love to lounge out by their pool and drink margaritas. They also love to travel, which is easy when you have money. He also is very considerate of other people. When he does good and makes a lot of money on a job, he likes to give other people who helped him out a little something as a thank you.

Worker Bee
He loves to work hard and make money too, but his philosophy is the quicker you do a job, the quicker you can get to the next one and make more money. Unfortunately the means, sometimes you rush and screw up. A lot of the other guys have to go on call backs for him and they hate the way he does things. He also lives closer to the money maker and the boss but not in their neighborhoods. He makes good money and he has a wife and two daughters. He doesn't like working late or working on the weekends (which is the way we do business here) and will complain when he has to.

Quiet one
He is married to the mouth, my boss. He never really talks much. He just comes to work, works and every once in awhile he will ask you how you are or be discussing something with his wife. He likes to watch sports and he doesn't really spend time with his kids. He is one of those fathers that let their kids roam the house without paying much attention. We have numerous stories because of that. Haircuts when the kids found the scissors, the fridge being ransacked. It's pretty funny what they get away with.

Clueless - A.K.A. know-it-all junior
We call him junior because he is a lot like know it all. He loves to eat, and is starting on his pregnant belly, but he is about 20 years younger. He doesn't absorb information though. He reminds me of a fish out of water. He goes through life flapping around unaware of his surroundings and not sure where to go to get back into the water. He has a wife (they're seperated) and two kids. His wife is with another man and is changing her story every five seconds on what she wants. He's a really nice guy and is very considerate, but just clueless on what to do.

angry man
He is a military man as well, but he is always mad. He's one of those guys where you actually think it might hurt him if he smiles, so you just don't ask. He has two kids with his ex-girlfriend. She is a lunatic. She was married the whole time she was with him and then left him, made him pay child support, claimed he was beating her, had him arrested, claimed he molested his daughters, and is teaching his daughters to hate him. Now, I say claimed because I can never know for sure if it's true, but I personally don't think it is.

the ox
He is around my age, single, no girlfriend, and owns his own condo. He is very good with his personal finances, but a little slow with his personal relationships. He is not good with women, and he loves to go to the gym. This guy is huge. Not huge in weight, but huge in size. He is probably 6'3 and he is maybe 250. He can lift a hell of a lot more than that. We do some work with septic tanks, and the lids can weigh up to 500 pounds. It usually takes 3 of our guys to do it, and he has lifted it by himself before. He is very nice and always defends women in need. He gets into fights defending women he doesn't know if they are in trouble

great worker
Everyone loves working with him. He works harder than anyone else in the shop and gives every job his undivided attention. He is learning english pretty guickly and is extremely shy. He sends a lot of his money back home to Mexico and he usually has more than one job. He is not married, and I don't think he has any kids.

well, there's the rundown of everyone. I hope now you have a better understanding of our staff.

Well, i've only been to work for a few hours (3 to be exact) and our lives read like a soap opera.

As soon as I got to work, my boss was at my desk on the phone. Manual - one of our guys that works in the field is having problems at home. I could've told anyone that. This poor guy has a crazy ex-wife (LITERALLY), two kids from that marriage, a new wife, and two kids from this new marriage. He spends most of his time in his garage, to avoid a house full of women. His oldest daughter is 16 and they just found out she is pregnant. These are very church-going people and they are now between a rock and a hard spot. She's been lying to them and they have sent her to live with her crazy mother whom she doesn't get along with.

Jose - One of the guys in the office is having problems with his wife because he is a military man who goes by the term: I SAY, YOU DO! They don't get along very well and they have two very young kids who they both love. I obviously do not get along with him at all. I do not do anything he says when he says it, especially since he is not my boss. He thinks he can tell everyone what to do and clashes with most of the people that work here.

Each guy we have in the field has a different story to tell and each is interesting and unique. You will be hearing about most of them over the course of this blog and I hope you get some entertainment from hearing about other peoples lives that are just as confusing as yours are.
